A 1.5-hour drive from central Beijing will take you to Mutianyu Great Wall. This is the most kid-friendly section of the Great Wall. In 1986, a 2.5-kilometer section was fully restored. Take the round-trip cable car to save time and energy. On the Great Wall, your guide will introduce you to some attractions, and you will have about 2 hours of free time to walk around.

Start your day at the iconic Tiananmen Square, then visit the majestic Forbidden City to explore ancient Chinese imperial architecture. This morning drive to Snow Valley. China Snow Valley is a small village about 15 kilometers (10 miles) from the famous China Snow Village, with quite similar white winter beauty.
Play with your family at the amusement park and enjoy snow roller skating, ice shoveling, ice spinning, skating and snowball fights.
This evening, you will make dumplings and eat with the local host family, and talk with the locals to learn about local customs.

Prepare to cross the Snow Forest from Snow Valley to Snow Village. This is a charming and beautiful route with unobstructed views.
The entire route is about 15 kilometers (10 miles). First, you will take a horse-drawn sleigh from Snow Valley to Yaocao Mountain (5 kilometers) halfway up the mountain. Then drive a snowmobile through the snow forest to the top of Yangcao Mountain (5 kilometers) (1235 meters or 4050 feet above sea level), the highest peak (elevation 1235 meters or 4050 feet). Take a four-wheel drive vehicle down from Yangcao Mountain to Xuexiang (5 km).
If your physical condition allows, we strongly recommend hiking 2.5 km. Hiking through the snow forest gives you more opportunities to enjoy the wonderful white winter scenery.

Walk on the Xueyun Avenue in the town, where there are many shops and stores, you can taste the local unique frozen kachi, pears or candied haws. Climb the Bangchui Mountain Scenic Wooden Plank Road and climb the most beautiful winter fairy tale world. Return to Harbin in the afternoon.
